• Free publicity of the equipment provided in presentations and papers on the results of studies
• Equipment Suppliers are to be provided with feedback on the use of their equipment and its performance

Equipment Supplier Document

A document "Basis for Providing Equipment to the Centre by Equipment Suppliers" will be issued by the Centre to the Equipment Supplier. The document states the following:

"The basis on which Equipment Suppliers should provide equipment to the Centre was considered by the Management and Scientific Advisory Board at the meeting held on 2 March 2006, and the following agreed:

1. Publicity by Equipment Suppliers should be controlled by the Centre,
2. Equipment Suppliers would receive free publicity of the equipment provided in presentations and papers on the results of studies,
3. The equipment is to be provided at the most competitive value,
4. Equipment Suppliers are to be provided with macro feedback on the use of their equipment and its performance,
5. The provision of equipment by an Equipment Suppliers will not preclude the testing of competitor equipment during the project,
6. Equipment Suppliers are not Sponsors and are not entitled to the participation and information to be provided to Sponsors."
